Nestled in the heart of Glengarriff village, our cosy Hostel offers the perfect base to explore the natural beauty of The Ring of Beara, The Breifne Way, The Beara Way, The Wild Atlantic Way, and all the other ways you could wander.

Hotel Policies	Cancellation/Prepayment Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Booking & Payment A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings. No payment will be taken at the time of booking. Full payment will be taken 48 hours in advance of check-in. Free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours prior to arrival. First night taken if cancellation is within 48hrs and the balance refunded. Group bookings (10+ people) require a 30% 'non refundable' deposit and balance to paid 14 days prior to arrival. All prices are in EUR and include taxes. Bookings made at our reception can be paid by card or cash. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Late check-in is no problem, but please contact the hostel in advance. Check-out: By 11AM. The maximum length of stay at Glengarriff Hostel is 14 consecutive nights. Following any stay of 7 nights, you (and any of your guests that you have made a booking for) will not be permitted to stay in Glengarriff Hostel the 14 nights following check-out. We do not provide semi-permanent housing. We cannot be used as a primary place of residence. Please contact the hostel directly if you are planning a holiday stay of more than 7 days. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night. No-shows will be charged the first night of the booking. There are separate cancellation policies for groups of 6 or more people. Please contact us directly for details on this. House Rules Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM. The kitchen closes at 8pm every night and re-opens at 7am daily. Tea & coffee is available throughout the day on a self-service basis for guests of the hostel. No smoking or vaping inside the hostel. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the premises. Guests must respect fellow travellers, staff, and hostel property. Only registered guests are allowed in hostel rooms. As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at Glengarriff Hostel. We appreciate your understanding. Dormitory Rules Beds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal belongings must be stored neatly; lockers are available. Lights out in dorms is at 11:00 PM. No guests under the age of 18 are permitted in dormitory rooms. Any damage to the property will be charged to the responsible guest. The hostel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
