Welcome to Botanic View Dublin Family-Run Bed and Breakfast Accommodation which has been operated by your host, Bernadette Ryan, since 1996.
Our current location is 3 Iona Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 9 Eircode D09 V8N5. Iona Road is a quiet tree lined road in the suburb of Glasnevin which is on the north side of the city centre and well serviced by local amenities. 6 bus routes (4,9, 40, 140, 83, 155) pass beside us for Dublin city centre which is a 25 minute walk away.
We have 3 en-suite bedrooms for guests – 1 single, 1 double and 1 triple.
Continental breakfast or full Irish breakfast available, on request.
Guests have access to coffee/tea in our dining room at all times and, on arrival, are provided with a map, bus details and any local information required. Botanic Gardens, historic Glasnevin Cemetery, Croke Park Stadium, Kavanaghs/Gravediggers Pub, Brian Boru Pub, Bald Eagle Bar/restaurant are all nearby.
PARKING: While we have no Off Street parking and Iona Road is “Pay and Display “, there is a road nearby with free parking (in 2023), which we can direct to you to. If coming by taxi from the airport , the price is approx. 23-25 euro. If you are getting a bus from Dublin Airport, make sure it stops at DRUMCONDRA RAIL STATION, walk up St. Alphonsus Road, which becomes Iona Road at the church. Do not hesitate to contact us, should you have any queries.
Iona Road is a much sought after, quiet residential road located in the area of Glasnevin, Dublin 9, north of the city between Dublin Airport (10 Km) Dublin Port (4Km) and city centre (2.4Km).
Glasnevin is accessed via FINGLAS or BALLYMUN exits from the M50 motorway, which surrounds Dublin boundary.
