We are delighted to welcome visitors to share this eclectic, vibrant house and gardens. Shankill has been our beloved family home since 1991. Our children grew up here and our grandchildren are starting to explore it too.
Keeping history alive is very important to us. Geoffrey is a historian and collects antiques and artefacts, which fill the house and grounds. Sitting alongside these are Elizabeth’s paintings, which are bursting with energy and bring a unique character to the historic setting.
In the gardens and farm, we believe in working towards greater sustainability and biodiversity. We get delicious organic produce in return, which we use in the café.
We hope to welcome you to Shankill very soon.
