Bastible was established in 2015 and continues to be a benchmark for modern dining in Dublin. Clean, simple decor and relaxed, professional service allow the food to take centre stage. The restaurant was awarded one Michelin star in 2022 and under chef Killian Walsh’s tutelage, we have proudly retained this accolade since then.
Weekend reservations should be made in advance but midweek tables and counter seats are often available at the last minute.
