Our menu is inspired by the unique landscape and larder around us as we source locally whenever possible.
Head Chef Chris “Tufty” Moran joined the WCB team in February 2022 with huge experience from the Michelin star rated “The Square” in London, to Gleneagles Hotel in Edinburgh, Shu in Belfast then finally returning to his home town in Derry-Londonderry.
