For diners who wish to enjoy a pre or post drink, Xavier’s bar, adjacent to the restaurant is the perfect spot.
As meat experts our beef must be 100% Irish from traditional breeds and dry aged for at least 28 days.
For meat lovers, there is nothing more satisfying then tucking into a perfect steak cooked on our carefully designed Josper charcoal ovens. The smoky sweetness of the charcoal, set at a temperature of 350°C creates a hint of crispiness and perfectly sears the soft flesh, releasing the deep earthy flavours for each guest to enjoy.
With one of Ireland’s most extensive wine lists and our own F.X. Buckley South African creation, a delicate Cabernet Sauvignon from the Webersburg region, we believe we serve the best fine wines as well as the best beef. Our wine menu has been carefully curated by our Master of Wine, Alan Crowley who ensures every drink served enhances and compliments the flavours of our food.
