Guided by the seasons and its produce. Our inspiration comes from regional France and its cuisine.
Garrett returned to his home city of Kilkenny to open Campagne in 2008. The restaurant has gained many accolades on a national and international level most notably one Michelin star status in September 2013.
Campagne is a member of Ireland’s blue book, a collection of Irish country houses, historic hotels and restaurants.
