The Ingredients
First and foremost we want to prepare good quality food and drinks made with love using the freshest local seasonal produce, be it wild or produced, foraged or bought, raw or cooked. In addition to this we want to incorporate as many of the so called super foods as possible to create menus that are tasty and healthy.
We also want to cater for anyone and everyone no matter what your dietary requirements – and our prices will reflect this also.
Sustainability
Sustainability is also an integral part of our philosophy and we take great care to ensure that the meat, fish, veg, coffee, poultry and dairy are all sourced from small independent farms or local fishermen.
We care a great deal about this and believe that the people eating these should do too.
