Brother Hubbard opened its doors in March 2012 and now has 4 locations across Dublin City. Our intention was clear from the outset: to provide simple, pure, interesting food, made entirely from scratch. Our Mission Statement is “To Create Delight for Our Customers & Our Team” – this is something that helps guide us each day in providing our wonderful customers with a distinctive experience – from the cafe spaces, to the welcome, the food, the drinks and the service.
