Previously he worked in the recycling and renewable energy industries and in food production and distribution. The lightbulb moment for BookinIreland.com was in 2019 when randomly asked by a guesthouse owner in Kinsale, County Cork, to set up an Irish booking platform with reasonable commissions, while he was canvassing for European elections. BookinIreland.com was conceived there and then and will be launched publicly in 2025.
