Since opening in 2012 Clotilde and Tomasz have changed this little corner of Tobergal lane. Everything from sourdough breads, patisseries or their famous Toblerone cheesecake are all freshly made here long before the crack of dawn every morning. Clo is a French trained chocolatier, she makes all of the chocolates in this little bakery in the heart of Sligo town.
